response- drinking bad

It has been said in recent studies that people that are heavy drinkers, not just light drinking, but heavy drinkers are more prone to atrial fibrillation.  Also known as an abnormal heart rhythm.  This is not saying that people who drink little to none won't get it, but it is stating that people who drink heavy are more likely to get it than others.  When they say heavy drinking that means two or more drinks a day for men, and one or more a day for women.  Also in these studies people were drinking as much as 6 drinks a day.  It is not life-threatening, yet you are at a much higher risk for stroke, fainting, chest pain, and even heart failure.  In studies they came across that around 2. 6 million people will find out they have atrial fibrillation.  It is also way more common if you have high blood pressure, you are over weight, or if you contain diabetes.  They even went to the extent to say that one to two drinks per day is ok for you.  I don’t agree because over your lifespan it will hurt you if you drink at all.  No drinking is good for you no matter what extent you take your drinking to.  Yes heavy drinking is bad, but little drinking is still bad.
